Anything of value which is owned by an individual, company, organisation, etc.
Example: This company has a lot of assets, that is why they are successful

Noun
A B2B (business to business) company is one that offers products or services directly to other businesses
Example: They are doing B2B transaction

B2C
Noun
B2C is an acronym for business-to-consumer. A B2C business is one that sells products or services directly to the consumer.
Example: This company is doing B2C transactions, they only deal with their clients
